We run 3 clinics within large companies, so work related pain and injury is very much our bread and butter. In addition to our assessment and treatment of your specific complaint, we can advise on how you can use the time you have available to prevent further problems. We understand that for office workers, one of the largest challenges is that of time and another is that of the stress and pressure of deadlines. We can help to identify where, when and how you can improve your physical health, matching this to activities that will also improve your mental health and your other goals. We can help you find space in your busy day or opportunities to multitask. For example: can you move whilst you work?

Many office workers don’t move regularly enough and imagine that gym work will make up for it: whereas we know that the movement you take habitually, without thinking of it, can either help or hinder your health. Ergonomics are really helpful, and we can advise on this, but they only allow you to stay in one position for longer before it becomes a problem.

The answer is always to choose to move, where possible. We can help you address the threats and find the opportunities to move, knowing how vital this is for your health.
