Following this Sandra moved into private practice and spent 4 years in Harley Street where she worked predominantly with amateur and professional dancers and circus performers. During this time she studied Pilates with the APPI, qualifying as an instructor, which has since remained a key part of her practice.
In 2009 Sandra joined City Road Physio, now Barbican Physio and has continued to further her experience across the wide range of injuries that occur in the city workforce from the sedentary office worker to the recreational sportsman/ woman.
Following the birth of her own children Sandra developed an interest in pregnancy related pelvic pain. This interest has continued to grow and she now enjoys treating women with other pelvic health issues such as diastasis (tummy gap), urinary incontinence, overactive bladder syndrome, pelvic floor muscle issues including weakness and overactivity. She has recently become a Mummy MOT Practitioner and continues to use her Pilates for all client groups.
