Simon first studied Sports Science, graduating in 1990. He went on to study physiotherapy the University of East London and graduated in 1997. He spent 5 years working in the NHS at the Royal Free Hospital as a Junior then Senior Physiotherapist. Simon has been working at the Barbican Physiotherapy Clinic since 2002. Having previously played National League Basketball for Crystal Palace he has a keen interest in sporting injuries.

Simon is able to treat all musculo-skeletal conditions and aims to help people in their return to their work, leisure or sporting activities. Simon uses a holistic approach to assessment incorporating a whole body biomechanical assessment, to help determine the underlying cause of injury. He practices using a combination of manual therapy, acupuncture and customized exercise prescription.
