Princia graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Manipal University, India, in 2010, where she received the Best Outgoing Student Award. She gained her initial clinical experience in the Middle East, before completing an MSc in Physiotherapy with Distinction from Sheffield Hallam University in 2013.
She went on to work as a lecturer in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy for two years, before transitioning into full-time clinical practice in Cambridgeshire, where she worked in private practice for over seven years. Princia then expanded her skill set further by working as a First Contact Practitioner (FCP) in the NHS, refining her expertise in assessing complex MSK cases.
In addition to her wide MSK experience, Princia is also trained in Women’s Health Physiotherapy. She has a particular interest in supporting patients with urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, endometriosis, pelvic girdle pain, diastasis recti, and a range of pelvic floor dysfunctions.
Princia is also trained in Pilates and incorporates this into her treatment plans to support both MSK and women’s health clients.
